The reservations calendar is now live for the month of November. All services can be booked at the same time, including outdoor visits for the entire month. We will be modifying the schedule and will be adding more time slots when they become available, but we do not intend to remove any time slots.
In an effort to allow all families the opportunity to spend time with their loved ones through the available visiting options, we ask that you do not book multiple visit times at once.
In the event of inclement weather or due to restriction change, should we need to cancel any outdoor visits, those will automatically be changed to window visits (for the same date and time) and you will be notified as soon as possible.
