We would first like to express our continued gratitude for everyone’s understanding during these difficult times. Mari de Villa’s staff is continually working on ways to keep our residents engaged as well as opportunities to visit with loved ones.
As the State of Missouri and St. Louis County continue to modify and lift restrictions, we will adjust accordingly. You can find links to the existing State and County guidelines on our website as well. While both the State of Missouri and St. Louis County have varying regulations and guidance, St. Louis County’s regulations take precedence over Missouri’s State guidance.
With these modifications of regulations we will be allowed more opportunities for resident involvement with items such as communal dining, group activities, and more. This will require our scheduling needs to be adjusted accordingly.
While the changing policies continue to impact our processes for visits, we are modifying our scheduling to allow video and window reservations to be made one month at a time. We will be opening our reservation calendar tomorrow for the entire month of November. Reservations are REQUIRED and must be placed on MDVcontact.com for all visits and video calls.
As always, should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out.
